Felt strong. Finished this in an hour. Still base building by using medium weights with high reps...
Enjoying the arm work and I think they are really responding to the volume. Interesting point on the 350 bench. I left a few reps in the tank on the first set (20). This left me with more grunt for the following two sets and as a result the number total number increased on past efforts.
