Pause Squat

90 x 3
116 x 1 x 5
131 x 1 x 3 
146 x 1 x 1
100 x 3 x 3

It was probably close to 35 degrees in the gym tonight. That 1 set of 146 was damn slow and heavy. Didn't really want to do this workout due to the heat and a long day at work.

A true 10 percent workout
